Ordering Policy

Thank you for choosing Everyday Diamonds for your diamond jewelry purchase!

Jewelry categorized as “Ready to Ship” will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces will take 4 - 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

For rush orders, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us directly at info@everydaydiamonds.co or (323) 990-0270 during office hours Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm.

If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.

Taxes and Shipping

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS, or DHL and are insured as to protect your merchandise.

Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once Everyday Diamonds is satisfied by the results of the search.

All prices shown on the product pages of the Everyday Diamonds, or quoted by customer service, are in U.S. Dollars. Everyday Diamonds reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Everyday Diamonds may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors.

In the event of an exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded. We ship locally with UPS.

Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Everyday Diamonds.

All packages will require a signature upon arrival.
