Ordering Policy

Thank you for choosing Everyday Diamonds for your diamond jewelry purchase.

Jewelry categorized as “Ready to Ship” will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces will take 4 - 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

For rush orders, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us directly at info@everydaydiamonds.co or (323) 990-0270 during office hours Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm.

If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased as “Ready to Ship” on Everyday Diamonds website, and shipped to a U.S. address, may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items approved for return must be received as unused with all Everyday Diamonds tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We do not refund, exchanges only.

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned.

Custom and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Everyday Diamonds’ discretion.

Please contact our customer service at info@everydaydiamonds.co or (323) 990-0270 within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number, and reason for return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Repairs

Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all Everyday Diamonds Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. Everyday Diamonds Jewelry will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Warranty

It is the Everyday Diamonds promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please reach out to us at info@everydaydiamonds.co so we can get this taken care of for you!

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Everyday Diamonds offers a complimentary 60-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, or broken clasps.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

All packages are delivered in Everyday Diamonds special packaging.
